Disclosure of AI systems, third-party providers, and data practices

Elevated Apps LLC (“CoachCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses artificial intelligence to make sales practice more realistic, responsive, and useful. This policy explains how AI is used in the CoachCraft mobile application, website, and related consumer and team features (collectively, the “Service”).
CoachCraft uses AI for features such as simulated voice roleplays, scenario creation and personalization, performance scoring, coaching feedback, recommendations, and AI coach chat. These features combine (1) CoachCraft’s internally developed AI models and systems, (2) selected third-party AI services, and (3) product safeguards and human judgment.
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Those documents govern how we collect, use, retain, and protect information and the terms that apply to your use of the Service.
CoachCraft’s internally developed AI models and systems power realistic sales practice, personalized feedback, recommendations, and coaching. CoachCraft may also use selected third-party AI services to deliver certain features.
To personalize the Service, CoachCraft may use information you provide or generate through CoachCraft. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Voice recordings are not used to train general-purpose AI models. We may use aggregated or anonymized information to evaluate and improve the overall quality of the Service. User content remains subject to the protections and commitments in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
CoachCraft works with selected third-party service providers to support certain AI-powered experiences. These providers may process information necessary to deliver the feature you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We evaluate providers based on factors such as performance, reliability, privacy, and security. Their processing is governed by applicable agreements and data controls, and retention can vary by service and configuration. CoachCraft does not sell your personal data, voice recordings, or session transcripts.
See our Privacy Policy for more information about CoachCraft’s retention, deletion, and data-sharing practices. We provide additional service-provider disclosures where required by applicable law or contract.
We may add, replace, or remove providers as the Service changes. We will update this policy when a change materially affects how AI features process user or organization content.
During an AI voice roleplay, CoachCraft processes live audio and related practice-session information to provide the interactive simulation, feedback, and progress features you request. See our Privacy Policy for information about recording, retention, and deletion.
If you or your organization provide content or connect another data source, CoachCraft may process the relevant portions to deliver the feature you requested. You and your organization are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide that information and for complying with any required notices, permissions, or consents.
Where a feature allows you to record, upload, or analyze a real conversation involving another person, you are responsible for complying with applicable recording, privacy, employment, and data-protection laws. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, authorized, and appropriate for the feature.
CoachCraft identifies AI-powered experiences through the context and labels in the Service, including AI coaches, simulated prospects, and AI-generated feedback. AI roleplay characters are simulations, even when their voices and responses sound natural.
AI-generated transcripts, scores, feedback, recommendations, and other outputs are assistive. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or biased. Speech recognition may mishear what was said, and a score or recommendation may not reflect the full context of a conversation. You should review AI output before relying on it and may retry, edit, override, or disregard it as appropriate.
CoachCraft does not guarantee sales, quota, revenue, employment, or other business outcomes. Its output is for practice, educational, and informational purposes and is not legal, employment, financial, or other professional advice.
If an organization uses CoachCraft for team training, AI-generated scores, excerpts, or coaching insights should not be the sole basis for hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, discipline, or another significant decision. Organizations are responsible for applying meaningful human review, relevant workplace context, other evidence, and applicable law.
We periodically review our AI systems, providers, and safeguards. We may update this policy as our features or data practices change. If a change is material, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
